What to expect at Terramor

We understand that for many of our you, this will be your first stay at an outdoor resort and may be your first glamping experience. Our friendly staff is here to make sure your trip is as adventurous or relaxing as you want to make, with some added surprises.

How Do I Make A Reservation?

Is Terramor Dog Friendly?

Yes! We love dogs and believe there is no better way to explore nature than with your family and friends – including your four legged ones. Your pup will be welcomed with a doggy bag and lots of love. There is also a Puppy Park where they can play off leash! We do have a $30 fee per pet, per night.

What’s Inside The Tents

All of our tents come fully furnished with linens, towels, lanterns, ceiling fans and more. They all have electricity and WiFi and are stocked with Pendleton blankets, coffee mugs, wine glasses, pour over coffee, a on floor heater, and so much more. Tent Types

When Are You Open? We open May 17, 2024 to October 20, 2024. You can reserve for the 2024 season here.

When is Check-In and Check-Out? Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and our check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If you would like to check-in earlier or leave later, we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.

What is Your Cancelation Policy? Cancellations and/or change to your reservation must be made 14 days prior to your arrival to avoid a 1 night tent charge, plus tax. Group Cancelations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date. Group cancelations made after the 30 days are subject to a 1 night tent charge, plus tax, for each reservation within the group block.

Do you have WiFi? Free WiFi is available throughout the property. You will be provided a WiFi code upon check-in. There are no televisions or telephones in our tents.

Do You Have a Pool? Yes! We have a beautiful, heated outdoor pool and large hot tub. The pool area is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all guests and then from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for adults only.

Can I Bring My Own Food or Grill? We do not allow food preparation at the tents to help keep nature outside and limit critters. However, you can order grill kits in the Lodge to use at our designated grill stations, which are available for reservation. Reservations need to be placed 24-hours in advance. We will provide grill tools, utensils, plates, and napkins with each reservation. Please note that our grill stations are not to be used for food purchased off-site.

Do You Offer Group Discounts? Yes. We offer a 10% discount to groups who reserve 8 or more tents. Please contact our front desk for assistance in making the reservation.

What is Your Pet Policy? To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that all dogs remain on leash while on property unless using our designated fenced-in dog park. Pups are not to be left alone in the tents and are prohibited from the inside of the Lodge and Pool area. We do charge a $30 per pet, per night pet fee and limit each tent to two dogs at a time. We also reserve the right to remove any animal that is being disruptive or dangerous.

What is Your Smoking Policy? Terramor Outdoor Resort is a non-smoking property. We ask that you keep both the property and your accommodations smoke-free. Our policy refers to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and any incense. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if you smoke inside of your tent.

Do I Need to Bring Firewood? No! We offer complimentary firewood for all guests. Firewood huts are located throughout the property and each tent is furnished with matches and a complimentary fire starter.

Are Meals Included? Terramor offers a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast each morning. This includes freshly made pastries, fruit, granola bars, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, hardboiled eggs, coffee, tea and more. Our Kitchen (207) & Bar, located in the Lodge, opens for dinner service at 5:00 p.m. for an additional charge.

Do You Have Wheelchair Accessible Tents? Yes. Our accessible tent is B01. If you need assistance in booking this tent, please feel free to call our front desk (207)288-7500. We also have a complimentary GRIT Freedom Chair available for use through our Gear Lending Station. This innovative chair allows users to enjoy trails, pathways and beaches with off-road tires.

Is Terramor Open to the Public? To best serve our natural surroundings and staying guests, our resort is not open to the public. This allows us to preserve our environment and establish a peaceful and secluded atmosphere for our guests. We will allow a reasonable number of visitors to join our guests at the Kitchen (207), we just request that these guests check-in at the front desk.

Is Terramor Family Friendly? Absolutely! We encourage parents to foster the wonder of nature within their children. We have a selection of amenities and services that everyone can enjoy such as corn hole, ladder golf, stargazing, and so much more. We do not have a structured playground, but have lovely fields and nature trails for kiddos to explore.

If traveling with an infant, we do have portable cribs available upon request.

What Age do You Need to be to Rent a Tent? We require there to be at least one registered adult of 21 years or older for reservations.

Do the Tents Have Refrigerators? No. Each tent comes with a portable cooler guests can use while onsite or while exploring offsite. Complimentary ice available in the Lodge for guests. If you are in need of a mini-refrigerator for medical or personal use, please let us know and we will have one ready for you.

Can I Lock-Up My Tent? You can secure your tent from the inside, however we do not lock our tents from the outside. We do provide safes in each tent for your valuables.

Can I Pick My Tent? We do offer tent selection guarantee for an additional $25/night fee. This is dependent on existing reservations and availability.

Is There A Resort Tax? Terramor Outdoor Resort does not have a resort tax.
