Terramor Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations and/or changes to the reservation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date by 6:00 p.m. EST to avoid a one-night tent charge, plus tax. During this time of uncertainty, we will work with each reservation if any cancellations are made due to travel restrictions or government mandates surrounding COVID-19. 

Group cancellations and/or changes must be made 30 days prior to first arrival date. Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival are subject to a one night tent charge plus tax for each reservation within the group block.

Other Tent Policies:

We do require one adult to be the age of 21 or older on all reservations. Smoking is not permitted in the tents.
