Terramor is located on Mount Desert Island, just off the coast of Maine. Known by locals as MDI, it is here you will find the city of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, one of the most visited national parks in the U.S. Rocky cliffs, towering light houses, miles of trail and abundant wildlife call MDI home making it a truly unique and unforgettable place to visit.

We strongly encourage our guests to spend their days exploring everything our region has to offer. Whether that means mountain biking, kayaking or hiking for our more adventurous guests, or strolling through Bar Harbor and checking out the local shops, restaurants and museums for those who wish to relax.

It is now even easier to explore MDI and Acadia National Park. Terramor is a designated stop on the Island Explorer. The Island Explorer is free shuttle bus with routes linking hospitality businesses to destinations in Acadia, Bar Harbor, Schoodic and more. The shuttle runs mid-June through mid-October. No car, no stress at Terramor.
