Group cancellations must be made 30-days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made after the 30-days are subject to a 1-night tent charge, plus tax, for each reservation within the group block. Please note, we will work with reservations that have to cancel due to the enactment of Federal or State Government travel restrictions/mandates.
Is there a Pool? Yes! We have a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub open all day for guests to enjoy. In the evening hours from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. the pool is open for adults only. Our pool will open Memorial Day Weekend, or possibly earlier depending on weather.

We will provide grill tools, utensils, plates and napkins with each reservation. We do ask that you pack in and pack out your grill supplies, leaving no unwanted food at the station. *Please note that our grill stations are not to be used for food purchased off-site.
Do You Offer Group Discounts? We offer a 10% discount to groups who reserve 8 or more tents. Please contact our front desk to make the reservation.

If traveling with a baby, we have portable cribs available upon request.
Can I Park Next to My Tent? Parking is available around the main entrance. To keep our natural setting we’ve kept vehicles away from the main tents and public spaces. This helps keep both noise and light pollution from disrupting our ambiance. Terramor does have wagons and golf carts to asset our guests to their tents.
