Nature-Based Workshops

Connect with nature’s elements through hands-on workshops designed to deepen your understanding of nature’s healing power. Find your creativity with nature-inspired art workshops led by Maine Outdoor School and take home the scents of Terramor with our candle-making session incorporating natures elements found onsite.

Mindfulness & Reflection

Throughout the weekend, you’ll engage in mindful practices that support clarity, inner peace, and personal reflection. This intentional space encourages stillness, self-discovery, and a deeper connection to your natural rhythm. The event ends with a fire release ceremony designed to to symbolically release your carried stress, doubt and heaviness into the open flames.

Whether your exploring the terrain with invigorating gravel bike rides, engaging in low-impact fitness sessions or practicing mindful movement, you’ll find the perfect way to nurture your body and enhance your wellness journey.

Discover the beauty of Acadia National Park on a guided hike led by Terramor’s Outfitter team. From sunrise summits to sunset splendors and wooded trails, each route is curated to match your pace and interests —offering a grounded, personal connection to the land.

Buzz About Nature

Immerse yourself with the tiniest Terramor residents as you learn about the importance of honey bees. Listen to our resident beekeeper as he takes into the life of a honey bee, from hive dynamics to environmental impacts. Afterwards indulge in a curated honey cocktail or mocktail.

Summerse in Nature

Experience the healing power of Maine’s coastline through our Acadia Saltwater Immersion—designed to restore body and mind through the restorative benefits of cold water. This practice invites renewal through nature’s own remedy.

Learn from leading regional voices in health, wellbeing and nature advocacy. Each complimentary session is thoughtfully designed with all materials provided – so you can simply arrive and unwind.

Danielle Sweet

An outdoor enthusiast and mountain biking guide who specializes in approachable, connection-driven cycling experiences. She will lead two workshops:

Beginning Gravel Biking: A relaxed, on-property ride designed to gently energize the body and ease into the day.

Intermediate Gravel Biking: An approachable 20-mile looped guided ride through Acadia’s Carriage Roads.

Shazie Senen

An EFT Practitioner, Yoga Sculpt Instructor and public health advocate known for her work in nervous system regulation and joyful, accessible movement. Shazie will lead two sessions:

Tap. Sculpt. Reset: A beat-driven yoga sculpt class blending light strength, cardio and mindfulness.

Journaling: A guided journaling and EFT tapping workshop designed to support emotional clarity and grounded renewal.

Jessica Rose Lantos

Jessica is a passionate bodyworker, Reiki Master Teacher, yoga instructor and outdoor enthusiast based out of Stowe, Vermont. She will lead a session designed for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Yin Yoga & Reiki: A deeply restorative session combining long-held postures with hands-on energy healing to support physical and emotional release.

Maine Outdoor School

Maine Outdoor School connects learners and adventurers of all ages to the outdoors. Instructors will lead participants through a series of natural and cultural workshops:

Nature Art Hour: Find your creativity and connect with nature during this relaxed art session hosted by Haley Estabrook.

Voices of MDI: Learn about the history and culture of Mount Desert Island in this fireside-style storytelling experience.
