Beginning Gravel Biking: A relaxed, on-property ride designed to gently energize the body and ease into the day.
Intermediate Gravel Biking: An approachable 20-mile looped guided ride through Acadia’s Carriage Roads.
An EFT Practitioner, Yoga Sculpt Instructor and public health advocate known for her work in nervous system regulation and joyful, accessible movement. Shazie will lead two sessions:
